When Tina came to see me 3 months ago, she’d been suffering from sinus problems for over 45 years.
For the last 5 years, she had been taking antihistamines daily to take the edge of her symptoms, but they didn’t bring her much relief.
She had also taken 4 sets of antibiotics for a sinus infection over a 6 month period, but it hadn’t cleared up and the infection had persisted. Now, with having to wear the face mask for long periods at her workplace, her symptoms have become much worse and she was finding it really difficult to breathe.
Tina sniffed constantly and commented that she couldn’t go anywhere without a handkerchief and was always “at her nose”. The mucus dropped down the back of her throat and she could be hoarse at times.
Her nose was either blocked or constantly running with a yellow bland nasal discharge.
The only relief she got was being in the fresh air, which she loves.

Tina also had trouble sleeping, and for the last 10 years she would wake up at least 3 times during the night for no known reason. Being tired, she had to take daily naps to help her get through the day.

For 10 years I’ve also been waking at least 3 times during the night and to cope with the tiredness I’ve had to nap during the day. It’s like a miracle. I’m sleeping through the night and the need for daily naps has gone.
I’m motivated and full of energy. I’m going for walks 2-3 times a day, getting house tasks done and being productive.
