I love being on the journey with my clients as their healing unfolds. Depending on the severity of their illness, sometimes their improvements are slow and steady and other times it’s impressively fast.
Extreme tiredness, unmotivated, having no energy and losing interesting in things she once enjoyed, Sylvia came to see me because she had not been feeling like herself for the last 4 years and there was nothing in particular she could attribute it to.
Normally very energetic with work, sports activity, family and a busy life, she was struggling with her lack of energy and motivation and was feeling very frustrated by it all.
She had also developed a terrible fear of driving especially on motorways, so much so, that she described it like a white knuckle ride. She had also become fearful as a passenger and was now inflicted with debilitating hip and joint pain too.

“ I am a professional 63 year old woman who is self employed in the caring profession. I came to see Eileen experiencing depletion of energy, loss of interest in general things in life together with elements of fear over travelling both as a passenger in a car and also as a driver most particularly on motorways in Ireland. This had been going on for about 4 years now with no known reason.
I had hip and joint pains and this was very debilitating also. It would be difficult for me to step up onto the kerb or even going up the stairs. I had self prescribed over the counter fish oils over the previous year or so to deal with these pains. My thinking was I wanted to hold on to my joints as long as I could.

I no longer look out at the side window of the car so that I can’t see what’s in front!
My energy is back, I feel in better form, I’m more active, I can exercise again, I’m more upbeat and happier than before, I feel motivated, my pains and aches have gone and I no longer need to take homeopathic remedies or the fish oils either. I’m more at peace now and I’m back to doing my activities again instead of finding reasons not too.
